(1)  On line 5, strike "Subsection (a-1)" and substitute "Subsections (a-1) and (a-2)".

(2)  On line 12, strike "," and substitute ".".

(3)  On line 13, strike "except that a" and substitute the following:

(4)  On line 16, strike "this subsection." and substitute "Subsection (a-1).".
