(1)  On page 1, strike lines 18 and 19 and substitute "reasonable if the late fee is not more than:"

(2)  On page 1, line 20, strike "(A)" and substitute "(1)".

(3)  On page 1, line 23, strike "(B)" and substitute "(2)".

(4)  On page 2, line 1, strike "; or" and substitute ".".

(5)  On page 2, strike lines 2 through 6.
