Amend SB 1575 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 23, strike "and".
(2) On page 1, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following:
(2) is not for nonresidential engineering, architectural, or construction services or goods related to those services; and
(3) On page 1, line 24, strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)".
