SB 1663, Sen 2nd Rdg, Amnd #F1

Amend CSSB 1663 (senate committee printing), in SECTION 2 of the bill, as follows:

(1) In amended Section 2166.5011(a)(1), Government Code (page 1, line 59, between "state" and "property", insert "owned or leased".

(2) In amended Section 2166.5011(b), Government Code (page 2, line 4, between "state" and "property", insert "owned or leased".

(3) In amended Section 2166.5011(c), Government Code (page 2, line 23, between "state" and "property", insert "owned or leased".
