The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 2318 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 233.902, Local Government Code (page 1, lines 24 and 25), by striking "used for the retail sale of seasonal goods" and substituting "used for not more than 60 days in a calendar year for the retail sale of goods".
