AUTHOR'S / SPONSOR'S STATEMENT OF INTENT

Interested parties contend that the sacrifices made by military veterans in their service to the United States deserve additional recognition.  H.B. 1837 seeks to memorialize those sacrifices by designating a portion of U.S. Highway 67 in Titus County as the Titus County World War II Veterans Memorial Highway.

H.B. 1837 amends current law relating to the designation of a portion of U.S. Highway 67 in Titus County as the Titus County World War II Veterans Memorial Highway.
