|
ANALYSIS
H.B. 2195 amends the Education Code to require a public school district to include in its multihazard emergency operations plan a policy for responding to an active shooter emergency and to authorize the district to use any available community resources in developing the policy. The bill subjects a document relating to a school district's multihazard emergency operations plan to disclosure if the document enables a person to verify that the district has established such a policy.
