COMPARISON OF ORIGINAL AND SUBSTITUTE

While C.S.H.B. 4456 may differ from the original in minor or nonsubstantive ways, the following summarizes the substantial differences between the introduced and committee substitute versions of the bill.

The substitute does not include provisions relating to a change of status for territory annexed or owned by certain municipalities but includes instead provisions making statutory provisions relating to the change of wet or dry status for a territory annexed or owned by certain municipalities applicable to a certain municipality.
