| relating to the display of a license plate in the front windshield | ||
| of a motor vehicle. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 504.010, Transportation Code, is amended | ||
| by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: | ||
| (d) Rules adopted under Subsection (c) must authorize a | ||
| motor vehicle to display a front license plate in the interior of | ||
| the vehicle's front windshield. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
