A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to a report of projects requiring federal funding as a |
|
|
result of a disaster. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 418.013, Government Code, is amended by |
|
|
adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: |
|
|
(e) Not later than the 90th day after the declaration of a |
|
|
disaster under Section 418.014, the emergency management council, |
|
|
or the office of the governor if the council is not established |
|
|
under this section, shall prepare and submit to the governor, |
|
|
lieutenant governor, comptroller, and legislature a report |
|
|
identifying all projects related to the disaster that require |
|
|
federal funding. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
