A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the requirement that a motor vehicle dealer obtain a general distinguishing number for a consignment location.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 503.027(a), Transportation Code, is repealed.

SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
