CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 109 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following correction: |
|
|
In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 12A.004(a)(1), |
|
|
Education Code, as added by Floor Amendment No. 1 by Hinojosa, |
|
|
between "25.081(f)" and the semicolon, insert ", as added by |
|
|
Chapter 1144 (H.B. 441), Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular |
|
|
Session, 2017". |
