HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3371 has been adopted by the senate |
|
|
and the house of representatives and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following correction to the enrolled version of House |
|
|
Bill No. 3371: |
|
|
In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Section 250.009(c)(2), |
|
|
Local Government Code, and substitute the following: |
|
|
(2) imposes installation or operational requirements |
|
|
for: |
|
|
(A) the battery-charged fence that are |
|
|
inconsistent with the standards set by the International |
|
|
Electrotechnical Commission as published on June 29, 2018; or |
|
|
(B) an alarm system described by Subsection (b); |
|
|
or |
