BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 86th |

Legislature of the State of Texas, That pending the election of the |

|
speaker, all individuals other than members of the legislature, |
|
|
members of their families, the secretary of state, temporary |

|
officers and their staffs, and approved guests or press |
|
|
representatives be barred from the floor of the house of |
|
|
representatives inside the rail. |
