R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Lily Trieu of Austin has ably served her fellow
  Texans as an intern in the office of State Representative Dan
  Huberty during the 86th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Trieu has provided
  vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks
  involving legislative support and constituent relations; in
  addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
  service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Trieu is currently pursuing an MBA with a
  concentration in public and governmental affairs at The University
  of Texas at Austin, and she has distinguished herself as a Fellow of
  the Archer Center and as a finalist for the Broad Residency in Urban
  Education and the Presidential Management Fellowship; following
  her graduation, she hopes to become a business leader in the public
  education sector; and
         WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed her duties as a
  legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed
  deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Lily Trieu for her service as a
  legislative intern in the office of State Representative Dan
  Huberty and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
  in all her endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Trieu as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
