R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Lieutenant Phillip Bintliff has been named the 2018 |
|
|
Supervisor of the Year by the Corpus Christi Police Department in |
|
|
recognition of his outstanding service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining CCPD 19 years ago, Lieutenant Bintliff |
|
|
has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues by |
|
|
demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in |
|
|
each of his duties; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Lieutenant Bintliff's responsibilities with the |
|
|
department include developing strategies to combat crime in his |
|
|
district and working closely with the criminal investigations |
|
|
division, as well as monitoring and supervising other districts as |
|
|
needed; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This dedicated public servant has proven himself to |
|
|
be an exemplary member of his profession, and he may indeed reflect |
|
|
with prid |
|
|
e on the vital part he plays in ensuring the safety and |
|
|
welfare of the citizens of Corpus Christi; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Lieutenant Phillip Bintliff on |
|
|
being named the 2018 Supervisor of the Year by the Corpus Christi |
|
|
Police Department and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success with his important work; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Lieutenant Bintliff as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
