R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, Ejiro Gosa David Omoruyi has been named |
|
|
valedictorian of the Class of 2019 at Richard King High School, and |
|
|
he indeed merits special recognition for receiving this significant |
|
|
honor; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |
|
|
intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |
|
|
highest academic standards; Mr. Omoruyi demonstrated a thorough |
|
|
understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his attainment of |
|
|
this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable |
|
|
high school career; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Felix and Francisca Omoruyi, Mr. Omoruyi |
|
|
plans to continue his education at the Massachusetts Institute of |
|
|
Technology, studying chemistry; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During his years at Richard King High School, Ejiro |
|
|
Gosa David Omoruyi has earned the respect and admiration of both his |
|
|
teachers and classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and |
|
|
commitment to excellence have opened the way to a bright and |
|
|
promising future for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Ejiro Gosa David Omoruyi on being |
|
|
named valedictorian of the Class of 2019 at Richard King High |
|
|
School, and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success |
|
|
as he begins the next exciting chapter of his life; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Omoruyi as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
