R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The service of an admired Edwards County elected |
|
|
official drew to a close when Andrew W. Barnebey retired as the |
|
|
county commissioner for Precinct No. 4 on December 31, 2018; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Taking office on January 1, 2015, Mr. Barnebey |
|
|
served his fellow citizens with distinction during his notable |
|
|
four-year tenure; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|
|
good governance, Andrew Barnebey has helped make Edwards County an |
|
|
even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a |
|
|
standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Andrew W. Barnebey on his |
|
|
retirement as the county commissioner for Edwards County Precinct |
|
|
No. 4 and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Barnebey as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
