R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Codi Nguyen has ably served his fellow Texans as an |
|
|
aide in the office of State Representative Hubert Vo during the 86th |
|
|
Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A Bob Bullock Scholar, Mr. Nguyen has provided vital |
|
|
assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks since |
|
|
joining the staff; in addition to gaining valuable experience in |
|
|
the field of public service, he has learned more about the |
|
|
legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star |
|
|
State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Nguyen grew up in Sugar Land and is a graduate of |
|
|
Baylor University, where he studied political science; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
|
|
duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Codi Nguyen for his service as a |
|
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Hubert Vo |
|
|
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
|
|
his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Nguyen as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
