R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Neha Valmiki has ably served the people of Texas as |
|
|
an intern in the office of State Representative Hubert Vo during the |
|
|
86th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Valmiki has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |
|
|
in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|
|
service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; she played an |
|
|
integral role in the representative's office, and her reliability |
|
|
and cheerful nature earned her the appreciation of her colleagues; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A native of Mountain View, California, Ms. Valmiki |
|
|
is majoring in marketing and government at The University of Texas |
|
|
at Austin; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This outstanding young woman has performed her |
|
|
duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Neha Valmiki for her service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Hubert Vo |
|
|
and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
|
|
her endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Valmiki as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
