A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

|
relating to notice of the health of children attending a child-care |
|
|
facility. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 42.043, Human Resources Code, is amended |
|
|
by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: |
|
|
(g) A child-care facility may provide notice on the |
|
|
percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in |
|
|
accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
