No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that public institutions of higher education provide certain information regarding certain women's health programs to students. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
