No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the establishment of a disaster identification system for a declared state of disaster could be absorbed using existing resources.
The bill would allow a person to use an illuminated display to communicate with disaster relief personnel during a declaration of a state disaster.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
