IN RE:
HB95 by Hinojosa (Relating to the criminal offense of acquisition or attempted acquisition of a firearm by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the criminal offense of acquisition or attempted acquisition of a firearm by a person prohibited from possessing a firearm could be absorbed using existing resources. This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on the demand for state correctional resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
