No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Secretary of State, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to agency administrative rules could be absorbed using existing resources. This analysis assumes that any legislative costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
