IN RE:
HB214 by Reynolds (Relating to the dissemination of information about historically underutilized businesses and the expansion of the small business development center network.), As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Based on the analyses of the Comptroller of Public Accounts and Higher Education Coordinating Board, costs to implement the bill's provisions relating to career and technical education program of study curricula and publicity of the historically underutilized businesses certification procedure could be accomplished using existing resources. The Office of the Governor estimates there would be a cost relating to promotion of the establishment of small business development centers; this analysis assumes the cost could be absorbed within existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
