No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the abolition of student loan default or breach of a student loan repayment or scholarship contract as a ground for non-renewal or other disciplinary action in relation to certain professional or occupational licenses and to certain other duties of state agencies and political subdivisions would not result in a significant cost or revenue impact.
