It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to restrictions on political subdivisions' lobbying activities could be absorbed using existing resources.

Cities report that while this bill may have no direct fiscal implication, it could negatively impact cities that are unable to properly communicate and lobby for the interests of the city and its residents.
