The bill would amend the Government Code to require a political subdivision with the authority to impose a tax, and which maintained an Internet website following a certain date, to post certain information relating to the political subdivision.

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated as the bill would apply only to entities that maintain a website as of the date stated in the bill.
