No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to a salary bonus for a public school teacher who completes certain autism training could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Education Agency (TEA), school districts and charter schools would incur additional costs to the extent that they would choose to implement the bonuses or similar compensation allowed by the bill.
