No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to required alcohol monitoring and ignition interlock devices ordered by a court, a central database for those orders, and the creation of a new Class C misdemeanor could be absorbed using existing resources.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal implication to counties is anticipated.
