No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require community supervision and corrections departments to adopt a policy regarding the scheduling of meetings with defendants on community supervision in a manner that accommodates the defendant's work, treatment, or community service schedule. The provision of the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2019.
