No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to require applications for the issuance of a standard permit for a concrete plan that performs wet batching, dry batching, or central mixing to include a plot plan with contents as defined in the bill. According to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
