No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require toll project entities to publish on the entity's Internet website an annual report containing certain specified annual financial data.
According to the Department of Transportation, no significant State impact is anticipated for toll roads it owns and operates as it would not take a significant effort to implement the requirements in this bill to update current reports to add debt related information.
