No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the inclusion Algebra II and English III EOC assessments as indicators of postsecondary readiness for evaluating the performance of public schools in Index 1, Student Achievement could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
