No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to extend an existing restriction on the ability of political subdivisions to regulate noxious or invasive plant species to include a prohibition limiting the removal of these species.  Defines noxious brush.

Local Government Impact

According to the City of Houston, the bill would have no fiscal impact.
