No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would establish a women's health advisory committee to provide recommendations to the Health and Human Services Commission on women's health programs. The committee would consist of health care providers who participate in women's health programs of various sizes, represent different geographic areas of the state, and have experience operating women's health programs. The committee would be abolished on September 1, 2021.
It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
