No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based on analysis by the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to parking permits could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
