No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Special District Locals Laws Code and the Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953 to modify the provisions under which certain navigation districts and port authorities may dispose of real property and grant easements and to establish certain powers and duties for those districts.
