No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to modify the provisions under which navigation districts and port authorities may dispose of real property and grant easements.

Local Government Impact

According to the Port of Corpus Christi, the bill is not anticipated to have a fiscal impact on the port.
