No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require high speed rail tracks in certain counties to be elevated on pylons 40 feet or more above the ground.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would have no significant fiscal impact to counties.
