No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow a woman of child-bearing age to specify the effect of a pregnancy on the woman's advance directive.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
