No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to the importation of Pacific oysters for sale for consumption. Based on analysis of the Parks and Wildlife Department, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
