No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the carrying of handguns on the campuses of and certain other locations associated with institutions of higher education. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
