No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

According to analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, the State Office of Risk Management, the University of Texas System, the Texas A&M University System, and the Texas Department of Transportation, this analysis assumes costs and responsibilities associated with the implementation of the provisions of the bill could reasonably be absorbed with current resources.
