No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the reemployment of a Civil Air Patrol member after training or duty with the Civil Air Patrol could be absorbed using existing resources. The bill would go into effect September 1, 2019.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
