HB1367 by Harris (Relating to the disposition of real property intended for high-speed rail projects.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to impose certain restrictions on the conveyance of property acquired by a private entity for the purpose of a high-speed rail project and provides certain rights for the previous owner of these properties.

According to the Department of Transportation, no fiscal impact to local governments is anticipated.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no fiscal impact to counties is anticipated.
