No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to require the General Land Office (GLO) to compile certain financial reports regarding the Alamo and to publish those reports on its website monthly. The bill would take effect September 1, 2019. Based on the analysis of GLO, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.
