HB1465 by Moody (Relating to a study on expanding recovery housing in this state.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to study and evaluate the status of and opportunities, challenges, and needs related to expanding recovery housing in the state. Recovery housing refers to a shared, sober living environment that promotes recovery from a substance abuse disorder.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
