No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code and the Local Government Code to modify an existing authorization for commissioners courts in certain counties to adopt a code of ethics and to require the disclosure of certain contracts and certain budgeted expenses by certain government entities.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
